Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Durchführung von Inspektionen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie das Störungsmanagement gemäss den Vorgaben des SLA für die Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen. Die Leistungen sind an 365 Tagen im Jahr während 16 Stunden pro Tag sicherzustellen.
