## About this tender

De Aanbestedende Overheid, Zorggroep Orion, wenst over te gaan tot de aanstelling van een Ontwerpteam welke gelast wordt met een multidisciplinaire Studieopdracht tot het ontwerp van een innovatief zorgwooncomplex voor mensen met dementie, te realiseren in de nabijheid van het gerealiseerde Pioniersgebouw gelegen aan het station van Turnhout (Vliegenier). Het betreft een multidisciplinaire totaal studieopdracht met betrekking tot architectuur, stabiliteit, technieken, akoestiek, veiligheidscoördinatie, (zorg-)tuinaanleg en andere studies met oog op het ontwerp van een innovatief nieuw te bouwen woonzorgconcept voor mensen met dementie, voorlopig genaamd de “Vliegenier”, en eventuele bijhorende functies zoals keuken, cafetaria en onthaal alsook nieuwe functies en/of woonvormen ter ondersteuning van het beoogde zorgcontinuüm en optimalisatie van de financiële rentabiliteit van de site.
