Spülküche und aller spezifischen Nebeneinrichtungen (Büro, Umkleide, Sanitäreinheiten, Lager- und Kühlräume, Fettabscheider, Hebeanlage, Tablettrückgabeband) für ca. 12 Monate, zur Aufrechterhaltung des Küchen- und Kantinenbetriebes während der Sanierung der Bestandsküche. Die Anlage ist als zusammenhängende, funktionsfähige Einheit aus Raumzellen bzw. Container-Modulen einschließlich aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Anschlüsse, Abdichtungen, Durchführungen, Schutzmaßnahmen, Anpassungen und Inbetriebnahmen herzustellen.
