Il s’intéresse aux huit galeries nobles et à deux escaliers qui se situent aux axes de circulation et d’évacuation majeurs, localisés au rez-de-chaussée de chaque secteur. S'ajoute également l'aménagement d'une cafétéria et deux blocs de sanitaires dont des sanitaires PMR. L’objectif des travaux est la mise en sécurité de ces espaces en respectant les orinetations en termes de sécurité incendie du schéma directeur réactualisé en 2018 et validé par la Préfecture de Police.
