Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage soll den Mitarbeitenden auch nach Ablauf des aktuellen Vertragszeitraumes das Fahrrad-Leasing ermöglicht werden. Der Tarifvertrag zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zwecke des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) vom 25. Oktober 2020 bietet die Rechtsgrundlage für die Entgeltumwandlung bei den Tarifangestellten.
