The team-accessible, SaaS licensed system will provide: - Single structured database environment to manage complex information requirements across the New Hospital Programme (NHP); - End-to-end workflow integration linking information and technical requirements to Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), linking into a Common Data Environment (CDE) and enhanced reporting processes; - Real-time connection to a CDE, assurance flows, governance and reporting tools to support requirement-to-deliverable traceability; - Automated validation and document control checks to reduce repetitive manual tasks, delays and errors; - Performance and status reporting to provide visibility of uploaded, reviewed, outstanding, late or overdue information - improving accountability; - Scalable access model for the Information Management (IM) team, with wider benefit to assurance, reporting, NHP and NHS Hospital Trust-facing activities where appropriate. 10 licenses for IM and BIM team edit rights as well as unlimited contribution and view licenses.
