The object of the procurement is an MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification) assay for the detection of copy number variations (CNVs) in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, including all reagents, controls, consumables, software, licences and other components required for routine use of the assay and generation of reportable patient results. The procurement also includes any software, licences, user rights, technical support and related services required for operation of the assay, data analysis and result reporting The contract period shall be two (2) years, after which the agreement shall continue for an indefinite period until terminated in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The estimated annual consumption is approximately 1600 reportable patient samples. The estimate is non-binding and provided for information purposes only. The contracting entity does not commit to any specific purchase volumes or quantities.
