Cette étude a pour objectif de caractériser les transformations en bio de plusieurs espèces de ppam, en mettant en avant les points forts et les faiblesses du secteur des ppam bio et en apportant des pistes d’élargissement des débouchés et d’amélioration de la compétitivité de la filière française des ppam bio. Pour chacune des espèces, les principaux concurrents étrangers devront être identifiés et caractérisés.
