## About this tender

Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Oulun urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 285 kilometriä, josta Ise 2-ajorataista noin 60 km, Ise 1-ajorataista noin 20 km, Is 2-ajorataista noin 10 km, Is 1-ajorataista noin 160 km, sorateitä noin 285 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 170 km. Urakkaan sisältyy vesitalousosaston tehtäviä. Urakassa kehitetään laadunhallintaa ja liukkaudentorjuntakemikaalien optimointia hyödyntämällä päätöksenteon tukijärjestelmää (MDSS). Urakkaan sisältyy Oulunsalon ja Hailuodon välillä olevan lauttaväylän aukipito talvikuukausina. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan erittäin vaativa urakka.
