Helse Møre og Romsdal HF (HMR) intends to enter into a contract with Philips Norway AS for partial upgrading as well as the replacement of emergency CT at Ålesund Hospital. With reference to the procurement regulations:- § 13-4, letter b, no. 2 - § 13-4, letter c, the company wishes that the measure fulfils the terms to exempt the procurement from competition.
