При изпълнение на поръчката следва да се извърши: проектиране, строителство и упражняване на авторски надзор за енергийно обновяване на многофамилни жилищни сгради на територията на Община Плевен, които са одобрени от Министерството на регионалното развитие за финансиране по процедура „Подкрепа за устойчиво енергийно обновяване на жилищния сграден фонд – Етап I“. Изпълнението на обществената поръчка включва дейностите, които са свързани с подготовка на инвестиционен проект във фаза технически проект, извършване на необходимото строителство, както и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството. Предвижда се изпълнение чрез инженеринг, който трябва да включва три основни групи дейности: 1. Дейности, свързани с изработването на инвестиционен проект във фаза технически проект за обекта, както и дейности представляващи условие, следствие или допълнение към него; 2. Дейности, свързани с изпълнението на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи (СМР) на обекта и 3. Дейности, които са свързани с изпълнението на строително-монтажните работи за реализирането на обекта.
