Ziel der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines zuverlässigen und kompetenten Anbieters für Schlafsacksysteme und Schlafsackhüllen. Der Anbieter muss als Fachspezialist auftreten, der in der Lage ist, robuste und atmungsaktive Schlafsacksysteme mit Schlafsackhüllen für Sonderformationen (Spezialkräfte) gemäss den technischen Anforderungen zu liefern. Der Anbieter soll ein gesamtes atmungsaktives Schlafsystem anbieten, das aus einem Schlafsacksystem – aus zwei Schlafsäcken, einem Lagerungssack und einem Kompressionssack – und einer atmungsaktiven wasserdichten Schlafsackhülle, inklusive Packsack, besteht. Das gesamte Schlafsystem soll gem.
