Предметът на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарства по 20 обособени позиции по видове и количества, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. 1.Glucose 5% – 500 ml (за инжекция/инфузия) 2.Glucose 10% – 500 ml 3.Combinations (трикамерна торба) 1440 ml 4.Combinations (трикамерна торба) 1540 ml 5.Combinations (многокамерна торба) 1250 ml 6.Sodium chloride 0,9% – 100 ml 7.Sodium chloride 0,9% – 500 ml 8.Sodium chloride 0,9% – 1000 ml 9.Electrolytes (PLASMA-LYTE 148, pH 7.4) 500 ml – plastic bag 10.Electrolytes 500 ml – plastic flac 11.Electrolytes 500 ml – bottle 12.Electrolytes 500 ml – glass bottles 13.Electrolytes 500 ml – colourless glass class II 14.Mannitol 100 g/l – 500 ml 15.Sodium hydrogen carbonate 8,4 g/100 ml – 20 ml 16.Glucose 10% – 10 ml (ампула) 17.Glucose 40% – 10 ml (ампула) 18.Potassium chloride 149 mg/ml – 10 ml 19.Alanyl glutamine 200 mg/ml – 100 ml 20.Combinations (trace elements) 10 ml Участникът може да подаде оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции от Техническата спецификация. Обхватът на поръчката включва доставка до болничната аптека на Възложителя и разтоварване на доставеното по дадена заявка количество лекарства. Посочените в Приложение № 1 видове и количества лекарства са прогнозни.
