Serviciile care fac obiectul aceste achizitii, aduc beneficii precum obtinerea unei sigurante privind manifestarea eruptiva a sondei, evitarea unor acidente tehnice si realizarea programelor de reparatii capitale de sonda. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP ([sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub](http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub)). Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile.
