Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre de services relatif à des études techniques multiservices comportant 6 lots : - lot 1 : études d'aménagements d'infrastructure de transport public, - lot 2 : études de voies de tram, - lot 3 : études de bâtiments, - lot 4 : études de rénovation des parachèvements de stations de métro, - lot 5 : études de rénovation d'installations électriques, - lot 6 : mission de contrôle pour assurance décennale. L'accord-cadre de services est prévu pour une durée de deux ans. Le marché peut être reconduit six fois pour une période d'un an. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre de services avec un seul attributaire par lot. Toutes les conditions sont fixées.
