Deze procedure is bedoeld om professionele Zorgverleners te selecteren die Gedupeerden van het Kinderopvang Toeslagenschandaal kunnen ondersteunen in het Emotioneel Herstel van emotioneel en psychosociaal leed dat is veroorzaakt of verergerd door het Toeslagenschandaal. De procedure is gericht op een selectie van zowel individuele Therapeuten en Coaches als organisaties die Therapeuten en/of Coaches hiervoor inzetten. De organisatie is dan hoofdaannemer en hoofdelijk verantwoordelijk en aansprakelijk voor de inzet van een derde partij (Therapeut of Coach).
