Предметът на поръчката включва следните дейности: Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект във фаза „технически проект“, за обекта, включително необходимите работни детайли за нуждите на обекта по реда и условията й, съгласно обема и обхвата, регламентирани в Наредба № 4 от 21.05.2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, другото приложимо действащо законодателство, както и заложените в техническото задание изисквания за разработване на инвестиционния проект, както и дейности, представляващи условие, следствие или допълнение към него, съобразно нормативната уредба, включително експлоатационни дружества и други органи и одобряване по реда на ЗУТ.Инвестиционният проект трябва да съдържа минимум следните части в съответствие с нормативната уредба за проектиране и Наредба № 4 от 21.05.2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти: Част „Геодезия и трасировъчен план“, Част „ВиК”, Част „Пътна” , Част „ПБЗ”, Част „Пожарна безопасност”, Част „План за управление на строителните отпадъци“, Част „ Временна организация и безопасност на движението“, Част „Проектно-сметна документация“, ПУП – Специализирана план схема на техническа инфраструктура.Дейностите, предмет на поръчката, ще се изпълнят по отношение на обект: „Изграждане на участъци от водопроводната мрежа по улици и сградни отклонения в град Любимец, по подобекти“, описани по-горе.
