Kredyt udzielony będzie na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu, w tym na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu pożyczek i kredytów. 2. Istotne postanowienia umowy, jakie wynikają z przewidywanego sposobu realizacji zamówienia: 1) Planowany termin uruchomienia kredytu – 15 października 2026.
