Предмет на настоящата процедура е доставка на лекарствени продукти по лекарствена форма и опаковка, включени в Приложение № 2 на Позитивния лекарствен списък (ПЛС). В тях се съдържат наименованията на лекарствените продукти, тяхната група по АТС (Анатомо-терапевтичен код), INN (Международно непатентно наименование) и лекарствена форма/ форма на приложение (например: перорална, парентерална или др. форма). Качеството на лекарствените продукти следва да отговаря на изискванията, предявени със стандартизиращите документи на Европейския съюз, Р. България и производителя или еквивалентно. Прогнозна стойност на обществената поръчка – 1 449 087, 30 лв. без ДДС, която стойност се отнася за максималния срок на договора от 36 месеца. Прогнозната стойност на поръчката за първоначалния срок от 24 месеца възлиза на 966 058, 20 лв. без ДДС, а при реализиране на опцията за увеличение – при удължаване на срока с нови 12 месеца или при преждевременно изчерпване на стойността на договора, възлиза на нови 483 029, 10 лв. без ДДС.
