Tento DNS je určený pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa a zákazky v ňom bude zadávať iba verejný obstarávateľ. Konkrétny rozsah predmetu zákazky, podrobná špecifikácia, konkrétne miesta uskutočnenia predmetu zákazky, ako aj ostatné doplňujúce informácie budú súčasťou jednotlivých Výziev v rámci zriadeného DNS prostredníctvom systému JOSEPHINE. Požadované plnenia sa budú uskutočňovať postupne, v menších objemoch a v logických celkoch, na území mesta Košice.
