This includes people with lived experience, their families and networks, individuals impacted by the effect of substance use through their communities and those that have been the victims of drug-related crime. We are particularly keen to engage with people with lived experience who choose not to engage with our treatment services. We anticipate that engagement with the public will be conducted through 1-1 opportunities and targeted focus groups, and the service provider will be steered by Surrey's newly established Combating Drugs Partnership as to the focus of the engagement. The service provider will be expected to report back to the Partnership on a regular basis.
