Funding for the technical equipment to be used within the facility is provided via a Green Port growth fund. The Green Port Hull vision is to establish Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire as a world class centre for renewable energy, creating wealth and employment for the region. By taking advantage of the Port of Hull's prime location in relation to the offshore wind opportunities in the North Sea the region is perfectly placed to capitalise on the UK's offshore wind industry. As well as offshore wind there are major opportunities in biofuels, waste to energy, solar, wave and tidal power generation. The renewable energy sector will be the single biggest influence on the local economy for generations, creating thousands of new jobs along with a wealth of opportunity for local people and business. You are invited by the University to submit a bid for the equipment required within the Aura Innovation Centre. ## CPV classification Printed matter and related products Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/6b1934ae-729e-451c-90d1-83eef40cc0f8) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
