The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project, within the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine and Land Conservation and Climate Resilience, invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of ice boxes as described in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document. The procurement shall be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. ### Eligibility Eligible suppliers may have the nationality of any country, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in the RFQ document and the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Goods and related services financed under this contract may originate from any eligible country. Suppliers that have been sanctioned or debarred by the World Bank are not eligible to participate. ### Obtaining the RFQ Document Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and the RFQ document from the following website: [procurement.gov.vc](https://procurement.gov.vc/eprocure/index.php/current-bids) ### Requests for Clarification Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to the email address above no later than seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for submission of quotations. Responses to requests for clarification will be shared with all recipients of the RFQ without identifying the source of the request. Any addenda or amendments issued shall form part of the RFQ document.
