It also includes the renewal, for a period of three (3) years (36 months) from the date of delivery, of the licenses for the Next-Generation Firewall and the Management, Reporting and Log Software, covering the modules and features currently licensed and in use by the Administration, as well as the provision of three (3) years of warranty and support services for the relevant hardware and software.The equipment and software shall be delivered, fully operational and ready for use in accordance with the Technical Specifications, to the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, Emniyet Mahallesi, Milas Sokak, No: 8, Yenimahalle/Ankara/Türkiye, within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days following the signing of the Contract. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – September 2023” (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
