For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing (IPF), except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. - The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services:- Micronutrient Powder. The description of goods is provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1 and the distribution to end lines is on Annex1 attached to the bidding document.
