The General Manager (HRM), WAPDA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in C6 Category or above with specialization field of EE-04 (Telecommunication)/EE-06 (Instrumentation & Control/Electronics, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, for the NCB NO. PK-AF-TARBELA 4TH-571307-GO-RFB, for procurement of “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment for Up-Gradation of 16 Existing Weather Stations of GMRC in Upper Indus Basin” The contract shall be completed in 365 days. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, Revised July 2014) and is open to all eligible bidders/vendors/manufacturers etc as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
