The Integrated Health Projects Administration Unit of the Ministry of Health now invites bids from eligible Bidders with experience in supplying Medical Equipment. The goods are to be delivered within a maximum of 120 Calendar days from the date of Contract signature/effectiveness. The goods are to be delivered to the National Medical Supplies Agency (NMSA) Medical Stores, New England Ville, Freetown, Sierra Leone. No margin of preference is applicable. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 20% and for Bid cost: 80 %.
