The successful Bidder shall complete the supply of the Goods, including delivery to the Final Destination as specified in the Bidding Documents and the completion of all Related Services, within 240 days from the date of contract signature and notification of the Contract. - Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting services” dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. - Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. - Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Council for Development and Reconstruction and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 to 15:00 hours from Monday till Friday at the address stated at the end of this Specific Procurement Notice (SPN). - The bidding document in English may be obtained for free by interested eligible Bidders by downloading it from the CDR website. - Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon Beirut Local Time on Thursday November 5, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “Original Bid”, and the inner envelopes marked “Technical Part” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address stated at the end of this Request for Bids (RFB) on Thursday November 5, 2026, on 12:00 noon Beirut Local Time.
