The Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the or the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Individual Heat Substations and associated piping for public buildings in the Chisinau District Heating system. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB), in accordance with the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and the applicable World Bank Standard Procurement Document for Works – Request for Bids (Two-Envelope with Rated Criteria), September 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time at the address given below.
