The Consultant shall (i) assess actual performance against the targets, milestones, and definitions specified in the Performance Agreement; (ii) evaluate the adequacy and execution of the strategies adopted to achieve those targets; (iii) validate the underlying data; and (iv) report achievements, partial achievements, and gaps with supporting evidence. Interested Consultancy firms (“Consultants”) must provide information demonstrating their qualifications and relevant experience to undertake/perform this assignment on the basis of following criteria: - The consulting firm shall be registered in same business for past ten years providing advisory services. - Substantive experience (at least 10 years) in performance audits, institutional reviews, or operational and financial audits of public utilities (water, wastewater, power, gas, or comparable infrastructure sectors) - The Consultant shall demonstrate successful completion of at least two (2) similar assignments, each with a contract value of not less than USD 100,000, undertaken during the last ten (10) years financed by other multilateral or bilateral development partners.
