Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) (published in July 2016 and updated in November 2017 and August 2018) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest ([thedocs.worldbank.org](https://thedocs.worldbank.org/en/doc/c84273d1b230aeb2b0b8134de5dc8cd7-0290012025/original/Procurement-Regulations-7th-Edition-Sep-2025.pdf)). Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Approved Selection Methods for Individual Consultants set out in the Procurement Regulations. The contract will be signed between the Directorate General of Innovation and Educational Technologies YETEK and the Consultant.
