The Forestry Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of the following special machinery equipment for the needs: Name of machines and mechanisms ### Quantity Flatbed Truck 20 units Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit under the Forestry Agency – Mr. Abdukakhkhor Kodirov () and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below. The RFB Document in English may be obtained by eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail. Bids must be delivered to the address below Tashkent, Chilanzar district, Bunyodkor ave., 7A on or before 05 November 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 16:00 (Tashkent time) 05 November 2026. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for amount of USD 19,000.00. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
