MoPIC now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for the design, development, configuration, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and operational support of a web-based Monitoring and Evaluation Information System for the Ministry of Health. The system will support the monitoring of the Ministry of Health Strategic Plan, related programs and projects, the Health Sector Reform Program indicators, including the ten World Bank Disbursement-Linked Indicators, and activities financed under the Global Financing Facility Project Preparation Grant. The system shall be implemented at the Ministry of Health in Amman, Jordan, and hosted within the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship hosting environment. The implementation, testing, training, and operational acceptance of the system shall be completed no later than January 2027. The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
