Qualification’s requirements include: Average annual financial capacity of the last 3 years Experience as contractor carrying out at least two projects of similar nature and complexity over the last 3 years (to comply with this requirement, the work cited should be at least 90% complete) Availability of essential equipment (own, lease, hire, etc) as listed in the Bidding Data Sheet. Contract Manager with 15 years’ experience in construction works of an equivalent nature and volume including not less than 10 years as Contract Manager and All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration, a comprehensive and concise Environmental and Social Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (ES-MSIP) and shall submit the Code of Conduct that will apply to the Contractor’s employees and subcontractors as required by ITB 11.1 (h) of the Bid Data Sheet.
