Het betreft onder meer videoconferentieapparatuur, videobars, camera’s, microfoons, luidsprekers, bedieningspanelen, bevestigingsmaterialen, aansluitkabels en overige AV-gerelateerde producten. De levering richt zich op bestaande producten uit de gestandaardiseerde productcatalogus (Installed Base), evenals vervangende en aanvullende producten die nodig zijn voor het inrichten, uitbreiden en vernieuwen van hybride vergaderzalen. Installatie, technisch beheer en storingsafhandeling vallen buiten de opdracht en worden door IVO Rechtspraak zelf uitgevoerd. Voor een nadere omschrijving van de opdracht, de eisen en de voorwaarden wordt verwezen naar het Beschrijvend Document en de bijbehorende bijlagen. Op basis van de huidige inzichten verwacht IVO Rechtspraak dat de jaarlijkse afname onder de Raamovereenkomst gemiddeld tussen € 500.000 en € 1.000.000 exclusief btw kan liggen. Deze raming kent onzekerheden. De historische aanschaf van AV-producten was deels decentraal georganiseerd en niet alle aanwezige producten, leeftijden en vervangingsmomenten zijn centraal geregistreerd. Daarnaast neemt het aantal centraal ingerichte en beheerde vergaderruimtes naar verwachting toe. Het moment waarop bestaande ruimtes worden vernieuwd is afhankelijk van de technische staat, lokale behoefte, nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten en beschikbare uitvoeringscapaciteit. De raming geeft daarom een indicatie van de verwachte afname en vormt geen afnameverplichting. Aan de genoemde jaarlijkse bedragen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 4.500.000 exclusief btw over de maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar. De maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst is hoger dan de raming van de Opdracht zodat er ruimte is voor verdere groei van de dienst hybride vergaderen bij gebleken succes. Zodra deze maximale waarde is bereikt, kunnen onder de Raamovereenkomst geen nieuwe bestellingen meer worden geplaatst.
