In addition, Temporary Workers may also, upon completion of the appropriate training, be assigned to drive port plant including small and medium fork lift trucks (“FLT”), reach stackers, internal movement vehicles (“IMV”), rubber tyre gantry cranes (“RTGC”) and quay cranes in order to move containers, tanks and general cargo within the Port. The appointment to provide the Services shall be awarded on a non-exclusive basis and may be awarded to multiple companies. There is no minimum guaranteed level of work. The Commencement Date of the Agreement(s) is 1 May 2027.
