Bristol City Council, wish to set up a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) registered providers to support the delivery of the Bristol Apprenticeship Service. Bristol Apprenticeship Service is responsible for the timely and effective identification, commissioning and delivery of apprenticeship training activities on behalf of the Council and other employers in the local area.
