GPs will have the opportunity to sign up to (and remove themselves) during the course of the Agreement from one or more of the five Lots:

- NHS Health Checks
- Screening and Treatment of Asymptomatic STI
- Assessment and Treatment of Symptomatic STI
- Insertion and Removal of Contraceptive Hormonal Implants
- Insertion and Removal of Intra-Uterine Contraceptive Devices
