New applicants can apply to join the DPS during the course of the contract duration. When completing online evaluations suppliers MUST complete Part 1 and 2 of the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) -2023 and then one or both of Part 3 depending on which LOT(s) are being applied to – these will be SQ Part 3 - Lot 1 - Home to School Passenger Transport and SQ Part 3 - Lot 2 - Local Bus Service.
