Proact IT UK Limited are the only supplier available when searching Gcloud for those specific requirements. The council reserves the right to extend this contract by an additional 12 months at its sole discretion. This extension would be based on satisfactory performance, meeting service requirements, council needs at the time and whether there is budget available for the requirement.
