The 6Nr bedsits to be converted to 3Nr one-bedroom flats are located on the ground floor. The common corridor area identified on drawing 6412/15, together with bedsits served from this area, will be vacant for the duration of the works. However, the remainder of the sheltered housing facility will be occupied by residents, staff and visitors for the duration of the works. Conversion of 6Nr existing bedsit accommodation units to form 3Nr one-bedroom flats. Works comprise: Demolishing areas of existing masonry and timber partitions; infilling door openings and forming new door openings to suit new layout. Removing existing internal doors; kitchen units; fittings and fixtures; floor coverings and services for new works.
