It will model and report quantitative estimates (where possible) on the effect of modifying various policy inputs using updated input data for Scotland and parameters determined by the Commission’s areas of interest, in relation to Scotland’s child poverty targets.It will be conducted using an established economic model (e.g. UKMOD or the IPPR tax-benefit model), with the final output from the procured research being a research report including an executive summary and other associated outputs (e.g. supplementary tables and technical annexes) prepared for the Commission.
