The Contract will be undertaken over two phases of work during financial years incorporating; Year 1 (2024-2025 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 52nr properties; and Year 2 (2025-2026 programme) – replacement of existing kitchens to approximately 83nr properties.
