This will only cover communal spaces and does not include individual gardens. The successful contractor will be required to maintain the areas to a good standard and work with Loreburn and our tenants to improve some areas. The nature of the contract is to select a single supplier for each geographical lot to deliver regular grounds maintenance to our residents on their properties.
