This contract is for two years with a possible extension of 1 additional year. The council required a suitably sized HMO property to deliver Temporary Accommodation for Asylum Seeking Children / Young People who are aged 16 plus and moving towards Independent Living. Each person must have their own bedroom and can share bathroom, living room and kitchen. This accommodation does not breach the Unsuitable Accommodation Order.
