Scottish Government do not intend to re-let the under 1m GBP Framework on this occasion. The Framework should cover NDEE retrofit in its broadest sense including a combination of building fabric, building environmental services systems and their control (e.g. heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water etc.), on site renewables, and the potential to connect to district heating systems. In addition, the Scottish Government is considering how it might incorporate the decarbonisation of heating systems into the Framework to meet strategic objectives around net zero. ## CPV classification Energy and related services Source Public Contracts Scotland · Notice rls-10-APR528720 [View official notice](https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/search/show/search_view.aspx?ID=APR528720) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
