The scope of works will include for monthly service visits to each of the passenger lifts and all routine maintenance to the lifts including a breakdown/emergency call out service covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all units. The scope of works will also cover a number of the potential common minor repairs which may be required during the term of the contract.
