These works will only arise as and when HFS’s own internal Grounds Team is unable to facilitate them. A description of the anticipated works is listed within the pricing schedule at Appendix B. The successful companies will have access to use HFS’s Green Waste Skip, situated at our depot in Greenock, for any relevant waste related to the contract works if so desired.
