The service will include cleaning resource, cleaning materials and equipment and site consumables. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1 November 2025 and is anticipated to end on 31 October 2027. Following this period, Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for up to a further 12 months, to 31 October 2028. The total value of the contract over the full 36-month period is anticipated to be in the region of between GBP110,000 and GBP150,000 (excluding VAT).
