This survey is expected to be carried out across 40 Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Court, 3 main business areas of the Tribunals, and 1 location for Office of the Public Guardian. These locations are located across all of Scotland, which is split into six separate Sheriffdoms, and include remote Highlands and Islands locations. It is expected that the successful tenderer will undertake the administration of the survey including data analysis and reporting.
